📋 Description

• Prospecting new verticals: Identifying high-potential partners in previously unexplored sectors. • Lead generation 2.0: Using new prospecting methodologies, including email automation tools and advanced demand-generation techniques. • Outreach (Cold Calling): Direct, qualified contact with decision-makers. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid of the phone and enjoys the challenge of cold outreach. • Product demonstrations: Conducting tailored demos to present the value of our offering based on the specific needs of each new market. • Negotiation and closing: Strategically handling objections, negotiating commercial terms, and securing the first contracts. • Onboarding and strategy: Overseeing the operational kickoff of partnerships and coordinating with Customer Success teams. • Analysis and co-creation: Actively participating in shaping the sales strategy, analyzing KPIs to quickly adjust or deploy the most effective tactics.

🎯 Requirements

• Strategic mindset: Beyond execution, you can understand business challenges and contribute ideas to the sales strategy. • High adaptability: Comfortable in ambiguous environments. You can work without clearly defined processes and enjoy building methods and solutions from scratch. • Tools proficiency: You have a strong interest in or experience with modern sales tools (automation, CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). • Excellent communication skills: Comfortable on the phone, highly persuasive, and able to build trust quickly. • Languages: Excellent command of Spanish. Catalan is a strong plus, as is proficiency in English. • Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales or commercial prospecting is a plus. What matters most is your mindset and potential.
