📋 Description

• Support patient recruitment, engagement and retention initiatives • Partner with senior Patient Recruitment Leads on project delivery • Coordinate patient-facing materials, websites and campaigns • Work with vendors and study teams • Monitor KPIs, metrics and recruitment performance • Support budgets, purchase orders and project documentation • Contribute to innovative recruitment strategies • Assist with client communications and stakeholder management • Help patients access clinical trial opportunities through recruitment, engagement and retention strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about improving the patient and caregiver experience in clinical trials • Excellent communicator and relationship builder • Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Adaptable and collaborative • Comfortable working with metrics, KPIs and project tracking • Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business or related field, or equivalent experience • CRO, pharmaceutical, clinical research or healthcare experience • Project coordination or project support experience • Strong Microsoft Office skills • Excellent English communication skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
