📋 Description

• Process high volumes of applicants, emphasizing late-week and after-hours submissions • Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks • Advance qualified candidates and disposition unqualified applicants according to hiring guidelines • Move candidates through each stage of the hiring pipeline promptly • Prepare candidate summaries and supporting documentation for recruiter review • Maintain accurate candidate tracking in SmartRecruiters • Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and SMS • Provide timely updates and a positive candidate experience • Coordinate and schedule interviews across recruiting teams, targeting scheduling within one business day • Assist with recruiting efforts across multiple roles • Support the Recruiting Manager in improving daily workflow efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with professional communication ability in both languages • Experience in high-volume recruiting, recruiting coordination, or recruiting operations support • Previous experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting preferred • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters • Experience communicating with candidates via email, phone, and SMS • Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple hiring teams • Ability to screen resumes and assess candidates against minimum qualifications • Experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven recruiting environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Ability to work Wednesday–Sunday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM Eastern Time • Computer meeting the specified Windows or Mac hardware requirements • Internet connection meeting specified speed and latency requirements • USB noise-cancelling headset • Webcam for daily meetings • Independent contractor status
