• Prospect and close new advertisers in non-core sectors (freight, logistics, finance, ERP, industrial services) • Sell digital ad packages and recurring subscription campaigns • Manage the full sales cycle: from cold outreach to signed contracts • Hit (and exceed) revenue goals — and get rewarded for it • Build long-term relationships and ensure client renewals • Provide sales forecasts and performance updates to leadership
• 5–8+ years of B2B digital advertising/media/platform sales experience • Proven track record in cold outreach, full-cycle selling, and hitting quota • Strong communicator and confident presenter • Self-motivated, performance-driven, and thrives in remote work • Ability to connect digital ad products to client ROI • Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
