📋 Description

• Support the executive management in day-to-day operations • Handle customer inquiries (phone/email) • Appointment scheduling, filing and deadline management (follow-ups, documents) • Organized filing and preparation of documents for the accounting/tax advisor • Support and outreach to acquire new partners during slower periods • Communication with suppliers and public authorities

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent • More than 5 years of professional experience • Meticulous, organized and reliable working style • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Friendly and professional demeanor, especially on the phone • Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
