Description

• Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and the Head of Revenue Operations to oversee and improve the processing of financial transactions, carrier reconciliation • Support Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Revenue Strategy • Establish and execute building an efficient, scalable premium reconciliation process, coordinating activities with Operations and Finance Team • Develop reporting and KPI’s for all processes • Identify ways to accelerate the growth of the business through revenue operations and practices

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Financial Operations in an insurance brokerage or large agency, or a related operational role in a fast growth environment • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance and improve processes & workflows in a cross-functional role • Proficient in SQL or other similar language • Experience in financial reconciliations in a top 100 Retail or top 10 Wholesale insurance broker • Proficient in Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
