📋 Description

• Inbound customer service with a sales focus, aimed at identifying customer needs, answering questions, performing procedures, and offering products and/or services. • The agent will need to identify the customer's needs and provide a practical, objective solution in accordance with product and/or service procedures. • Sales of products and services; • Specific technical tasks: Call center support offering voice and data telephony services or products, including service packages for residential or mobile phone lines, data packages, broadband, and fiber services; • Use systems to record interactions and apply service procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years. • High school diploma (completed). • Strong verbal communication skills and persuasive ability. • Negotiation and argumentation skills. • Basic computer skills and typing. • Availability to attend training and work from home (Home Office). • Preferably reside near the Atento Ribeirão Preto unit.
