📋 Description

• Build strong working relationships with managers and team leaders to understand operational needs and challenges • Provide practical HR guidance and support on day-to-day people matters • Partner with leaders to implement HR strategies supporting team performance and business outcomes • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance and resolution support • Conduct fact-finding and assist in investigations • Promote a positive work environment through conflict resolution and communication • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and coaching • Guide managers on performance improvement plans and employee development conversations • Assist with engagement programs, surveys, recognition programs, and employee experience initiatives • Analyze employee feedback and recommend improvements • Ensure adherence to HR policies, company standards, and Philippine labor laws • Support audits, documentation, and HR process improvements • Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, and engagement • Provide workforce insights and recommendations • Support implementation of HR programs, tools, and organizational changes • Assist with communications and training for new initiatives • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • At least 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist capacity • Solid experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools • Experience in the BPO or shared services industry is a strong advantage • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required
