• Build strong working relationships with managers and team leaders to understand operational needs and challenges. • Provide practical HR guidance and support on day-to-day people matters. • Partner with leaders to implement HR strategies that support team performance and business outcomes. • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution support. • Conduct fact-finding and assist in investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. • Promote a positive work environment through proactive conflict resolution and communication. • Support the execution of performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, coaching). • Guide managers on performance improvement plans and employee development conversations. • Help foster a culture of accountability and continuous feedback. • Assist in the implementation of engagement programs, surveys, and initiatives. • Analyze feedback and recommend actionable improvements to enhance employee satisfaction. • Support recognition programs and initiatives that reinforce company culture. • Ensure adherence to HR policies, company standards, and local labor laws (Philippines). • Provide clear and timely guidance to employees and managers on policies and procedures. • Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, and engagement data. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve workforce trends and outcomes. • Support implementation of HR programs, tools, and organizational changes. • Assist in communications and training to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives. • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • At least 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist capacity • Solid experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools • Experience in the BPO or shared services industry is a strong advantage • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required.
