📋 Description

• Own the full project lifecycle from client intake to final delivery • Partner directly with clients to translate goals into briefs, timelines, and milestones • Build and rebalance production schedules across editors and photo/video crews • Run QC reviews on audio, color, exposure, pacing, and platform specs • Standardize SOPs to lift throughput and consistency • Ensure projects ship on time, on spec, and on brief

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience inside a creative agency or production studio managing photo, video, and marketing deliverables • Demonstrated project management across concurrent client projects with documented timelines, milestones, and resource plans • Working proficiency in Monday.com (or equivalent PM platform), Frame.io, and Vimeo • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and macOS-based creative workflows • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite post-production workflows (editing, color, audio) • Demonstrated ability to provide technical QC feedback on audio, color, exposure, pacing, aspect ratios, and platform-specific delivery specs • C1+ English proficiency (CEFR)
