📋 Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Student Ambassador Program in the APAC region. • Recruit, train, and mentor Student Ambassadors. • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align program activities. • Monitor program outcomes using established KPIs. • Ensure that program initiatives reflect the unique needs of the APAC region. • Institutional visits to support live events, meet with PSAs. • Gather and share feedback from faculty and ambassadors.

🎯 Requirements

• Oversee the Pearson Student Ambassador (PSA) Program within the APAC region. • Ensure the successful execution of the program, aligning it with local market needs. • Guide a team of Student Ambassadors, providing them with the tools and support. • Collaborate closely with colleagues based in the UK timezone, including availability for meetings. • Recruit, train, and mentor Student Ambassadors. • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align program activities. • Monitor program outcomes using established KPIs, providing updates and insights to leadership. • Ensure that program initiatives reflect the unique needs and opportunities within the APAC region. • Support ambassadors in creating impactful social media content.
