📋 Description

• Lead Discovery activities across multiple business units and ERP systems. • Analyze existing ERP environments (NAV and Sage) and document current-state systems. • Run and facilitate business process workshops with Finance, Operations, Warehouse, and IT stakeholders. • Define future-state processes aligned with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Identify gaps between current systems and standard Business Central functionality. • Use Company 1’s existing Business Central setup as a reference template for replication. • Assess master data scope and opening balance approach for migration. • Identify integration requirements, including warehouse management (Excalibur WMS) and EDI systems. • Produce decision-ready deliverables including: Discovery Report, High-Level Implementation Roadmap, ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) Estimate.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English. • Experience as a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer or Enterprise Architect. • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Experience in ERP migration or reimplementation projects. • Ability to run workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders. • Experience in system and process analysis across finance, supply chain, and warehouse operations. • Understanding of ERP integrations (APIs, EDI, WMS systems is a plus). • Experience working in pre-sales, solution design, or enterprise architecture roles.
