Description

• Looking for a VP of Engineering reporting into the CTO • Lead engineering department and help build great products • Manage infrastructure and ensure all internal systems operate securely and effectively • Confident in managing development, QA, and DevOps teams • Run agile development processes and execute strategic engineering roadmaps • In charge of integrations with external partners and teams • Oversee all software development from ideation to delivery • Scale an efficient and innovative engineering team while maintaining high levels of quality for customers

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software development • 10+ years of management experience and established leadership skills • Managed multiple teams of at least 30 engineers total • Experience leading and mentoring senior managers and directors • Experience managing remote teams • Detail oriented, able to dive deep into technical areas and assume leadership if necessary • Extensive experience with SaaS technologies and software development • Experience working with QA and DevOps teams • Good understanding of agile best practices • Excellent project and time management skills
