Description

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for genAI tools, focusing on adoption across different business units and market opportunities • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, with a strong focus on leveraging genAI technologies • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products with exceptional user experience, integrating technology, design, sales, meteorology, and marketing efforts • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and development • Define success metrics and monitor post-launch performance, adapting strategy based on user feedback and market trends • Act as the product owner within agile development teams, guiding the development of genAI tools and ensuring alignment with business goals • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure product initiatives and prioritization meet the organizational strategic objectives • Provide input to the leadership team in developing strategic plans, budgets and prioritizing business opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in developing and launching technology-driven products in a B2C environment • Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their application in product development • Experience in agile development environments and working with cross-functional teams • Experience driving products from ideation through to launch at scale • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
