• We are looking for a motivated and experienced Risk Business Partner to join our globally connected Compliance and Risk Team. In this exciting role, you will have the flexibility to work remotely from the Philippines and collaborate effectively with our team in Australia using state-of-the-art tools. • You will champion and support our Enterprise Risk frameworks by fostering a risk-conscious culture throughout the organization. Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within a regulated organization in the financial services industry or "Big 4". • Knowledge of enterprise risk and control better practice standards (examples: ISO 31000, ISO 22301) • Understanding of risk management frameworks and lifecycles (identification, analysis, evaluation, treatments, monitoring, reporting & ongoing improvement) • Experience with implementation and testing of controls • Well-developed documentation and policy writing skills • Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions • Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-critical environment • Ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders that are geographically distributed
