• Drive Percona's reputation and exposure within the database ecosystem • Wear 'many hats' to positively impact product strategy and direction • Provide thought leadership and direction to teams and open-source community • Create technical content for knowledge sharing and product evangelism • Contribute to Percona's Platform-focused goals • Support Global Services teams in complex customer issues

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of Percona Management and Monitoring product • Experience in Grafana, Prometheus, PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, PromQL, MetricsQL • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills • Customer service-oriented attitude • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial approach • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally under pressure • Ability to work independently • Desire to travel and speak at conferences • Familiarity with various technologies such as HAProxy, ProxySQL, Python, Bash, Docker, Podman, HTML, CSS, GO, Kubernetes, and DBaaS
