• Independently manage customer accounts and inquiries by telephone • Prepare quotes, follow up with customers, and close sales • Process incoming complaints and returns • Actively support field sales colleagues
• Strong enthusiasm for sales • Empathy and a solution-focused mindset • Independent, transparent, and goal-oriented working style • Ideally, some prior inside sales experience
