Description

• Reporting to the CFO, responsible for accounting and financial operations of a global company • Key contact in the finance department and assist leadership team with financial metrics and KPIs • Build and lead finance and accounting functions • Involved in strategic decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes • Manage investment of company funds and participate in equity and debt financings • Lead financial operations including accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and financial systems maintenance • Mentor and build a high-functioning accounting and finance team

Requirements

• Team member located in North America (PST time zone preferred) • Experience in strategic financial decision-making • Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills • Ability to manage investment funds and participate in equity and debt financings • Knowledge of accounting, financial operations, and tax compliance • Previous leadership experience in finance/accounting
