📋 Description

• Conduct active outbound prospecting • Contact potential customers • Present solutions and opportunities • Lead negotiations and follow up throughout the sales process • Work toward targets and performance metrics • Participate in training and professional development meetings • Develop sales techniques and improve performance • Develop leadership and sales team management skills as your career progresses

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • No prior sales experience required • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships • Proactive, determined, and results-oriented profile • Organization and discipline to work remotely • Availability to participate in daily meetings and training sessions • Willingness to learn and grow in sales • Availability to work as an independent service provider (PJ)
