Description
• PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Developer is responsible for leading and participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. This role involves designing scalable and efficient software solutions.
Requirements
• Master’s Degree in relevant field • Ten+(10+) years of relevant experience • Experience with agile development methodologies • Knowledge of best practices in software design, coding, and testing • Significant experience in software development, with a focus on designing and building scalable systems • Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to the organization's tech stack • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor development teams • Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code for complex software systems • Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding junior developers and contributing to technical decision-making • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and quality assurance, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions • Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards • Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement • Analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions to address them • Oversee and contribute to testing processes, ensuring the reliability and performance of software applications • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and system architecture diagrams • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects
