• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy • Enhance brand awareness and position across all channels • Lead, motivate, and mentor stakeholders • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs • Design and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns • Leverage digital channels for marketing • Prepare and manage the marketing budget • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience • At least 5 years in a leadership role within the electronics or related industry • Strong understanding of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
