Description

• Partner with Plaid’s Platform teams to ensure a highly available, performant, secure, and compliant platform • Lead portfolio of programs related to cloud cost optimization • Define, plan, and execute large-scale technical programs • Collaborate with Engineering Lead of Leads, Engineering Managers, Technical Leads / Architects, and Product Managers • Drive transformative changes, develop best practices, foster education, and innovate internal processes

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program management, software engineering, product management or analytical experience • Deep understanding of cloud economics, financial planning/forecasting, and experience with analytics toolsets • Experience leading execution across infrastructure, API, and Platform programs • Strong technical knowledge and ability to identify risks and dependencies • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated commitment to accountability and responsibility
