• Planful is rapidly growing and to continue the record-breaking success we’ve seen, we’re looking for a Senior Director Product Management who can drive success across multiple platforms. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Management, you will be responsible for leading and shaping the overall product strategy and roadmap to deliver best-in-class solutions to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, to define and execute a product vision that aligns with Planful's objectives and customer needs. Requirements

• Proven experience 8+ in product management, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, ideally within the software or technology industry. • Deep understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) domain, with a track record of successfully managing and launching FP&A software products. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize market trends, customer feedback, and business data to make informed product decisions. • Demonstrated experience in defining product strategies, creating product roadmaps, and successfully executing them to deliver customer value and business growth. • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team of product managers and cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Collaborative and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive product success. • Passion for technology and product innovation, with a customer-centric approach to product development.
