• Establish vision and strategy for talent acquisition • Define hiring benchmarks and ensure team meets/exceeds them • Set up talent marketing campaigns to attract best candidates • Drive adoption of effective hiring practices • Partner with external providers as needed • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations

Requirements

• 2+ years of talent acquisition leadership • 3+ years of candidate sourcing and talent marketing • 4+ years hands-on recruiting in technical domains • Basic programming experience and/or academic background in quantitative domain is a plus
