📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining and developing strong relationships with your portfolio of brokers and providing fast, accurate and responsive support • Effectively manage a sales pipeline of consumer car loans and personal loan applications, with a focus of converting quotes into settled loans • Focus on activating new and non-transacting brokers • Deliver on sales activity expectations and accurately record all activity in CRM systems • Develop tailored and effective sales strategies to achieve loan origination growth and activity targets • Build strong relationships with your state BDM to provide unrivalled support to your shared portfolio • Represent Plenti professionally, establishing full confidence and trust among brokers and business partners

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in sales or finance account management, preferably in third-party intermediated channels or directly with finance brokers • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs • Ability to work independently while also integrating effectively into a team • Some knowledge of financial lending products and/or credit risk underwriting is advantageous
