• Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into Rex RealTrust systems and processes • Act as the primary relationship manager for your assigned client portfolio • Conduct regular client meetings, progressing from onboarding check-ins to ongoing relationship reviews • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both the client experience and operational efficiency • Act as the voice of the client within the business • Coordinate workload and portfolio allocation across Team Leads, Trust Accountants and Property Management Assistants to ensure balanced resourcing
• Demonstrated commercial property management experience using Cirrus8 • Proven experience in both Commercial Property Management and Trust Accounting • Strong understanding of commercial property operations, trust accounting processes and industry legislation • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Confidence leading client meetings, presentations and training sessions • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and client portfolios • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability • Commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
