📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for initiatives and support the team in architectural decisions. • Develop and evolve scalable backend applications. • Write and review code, mentor developers, and promote best practices. • Collaborate with Product and UX to define high-impact solutions. • Ensure quality (automated testing, monitoring, and performance). • Investigate and resolve production incidents. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer, with experience in technical supervision or coordination. • Strong experience in the financial services industry. • Strong expertise and hands-on experience with Java and Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure). • Experience with version control (Git) and agile methodologies. • Ability to provide technical leadership, give constructive feedback, and support team development. • Advanced or fluent English for interaction with international stakeholders. • Plus: prior experience as a technical lead or chapter leader. • Postgraduate degree in Project Management
