• Mainly responsible for assisting customers from F1000 companies and R1 Universities via email and phone • Collaborate with internal teams to tackle identified bugs • Empower users to deliver interactive presentations • Become highly knowledgeable about the product • Communicate findings to customers to ensure resolution • Take charge of customer issues end-to-end • Work closely with Engineering and QA to troubleshoot and escalate bugs
• 2-3 years of experience in client-facing software support role • Working knowledge of Windows and macOS platforms • Experience communicating and problem-solving with various departments • Initiative-taking and energized mindset • Collaborative and open to feedback • Experience working in a remote environment with a distributed team • Nice to have: Proficiency with online support and collaboration tools, experience with Poll Everywhere, experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
