📋 Description

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale programs, managing end-to-end lifecycles, schedules, and resource allocation • Facilitate trade-off decisions between technical constraints, schedule risks, and business value • Ensure seamless communication between Product Managers, Engineering, and Business Owners • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact program delivery • Develop contingency plans and escalate issues appropriately to leadership • Continually improve delivery processes by defining success criteria, gathering signals from retrospectives, and implementing best practices to increase velocity • Drive the development and prioritization of program milestones using data-driven insights and health metrics • Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to ensure alignment on program goals and shared outcomes • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception through delivery • Ensure the product roadmap is executed efficiently, dependencies are managed, dates are hit, and stakeholders are aligned • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across engineering, product, and business teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, or a related field • 7+ years of relevant experience in Program Management or Project Management • Experience driving programs within CRM and Marketplace environments, including B2B and B2C • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage trade-offs across complex systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive action and measure program health • Passion for how things are built and commitment to operational rigor • People-process-technology enthusiasm • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, solve problems, and maintain momentum despite ambiguity • Experience working with global and/or US-based business teams • Excellent written and communication skills in English • Quiet space to work • Internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
