Description

• PostHog helps engineers build better products. We are a single platform to analyze, test, observe, and deploy new features • PostHog was created as an open-source project during Y Combinator's W20 cohort • Engineers work across one of our small teams, main product-focused engineering teams are Feature Success, Product Analytics, Replay, Data Warehouse, Web Analytics, Pipeline, and Infrastructure • You will be working directly with customers • Technical challenge includes designing a highly scalable product • Hiring for all engineering teams • Working autonomously and maximizing impact • Solve big problems • Full-stack experience with relevant technologies required • Started a project from scratch • Strong communication skills required • Move fast, strong bias for impact • Nice to have worked in a high-growth SaaS company • Nice to have extensive experience with Django and/or TypeScript-based React

Requirements

• Full-stack experience with relevant technologies (Python or similar, React or similar, something to do with big data is a bonus) • Started a project from scratch • Strong communication skills • Move fast, have a strong bias for impact and not shy away from stepping on toes • Nice to have worked in a high-growth SaaS company • Nice to have extensive experience with Django and/or TypeScript-based React
