📋 Description

• Manage new business development enquiries • Partner with Marketing to leverage initiatives and content for business development outreach • Partner with Marketing and Sales Development to triage or nurture inbound leads • Help coordinate sales territories and develop territory plans and strategies with Sales Development partners • Provide support for the Business Development team, including RFI completion and CDA coordination • Track and manage Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences activity in Salesforce • Maintain account, opportunity, contact, and lead records • Identify, implement, and manage new business development process initiatives • Partner with the Business Development team on meeting and event planning and travel to trade shows • Attend trade shows and other events as needed • Provide weekly reports on business development success and communicate related data to the Executive Team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or its international equivalent) + 2 years of related experience OR 8+ years of experience working within a business development role in a CRO setting • High level of proficiency in the Salesforce application and associated reporting functionality • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Understanding of the sales cycle • Ability to listen and identify pain points and customer challenges • Ability to work under pressure, stay organized, multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively, and attend to administrative details • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain effective internal and external relationships • Working knowledge of Strategic Development processes and relevant Precision for Medicine SOPs and systems • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
