📋 Description

• Act as a technical consultant in beef cattle nutrition across various production systems, with an emphasis on intensive pasture-based projects and feedlots • Conduct and participate in negotiations by providing technical and commercial support to internal and external teams • Prepare technical-commercial proposals for existing and prospective clients • Work with formulations for a variety of supplements and total diets • Generate and monitor performance indicators for processes related to the assigned client portfolio • Update the technical and economic indicators for the assigned area • Conduct technical training sessions and/or presentations for internal and external teams • Develop methods, processes, and tools to improve customer service • Plan and provide technical consulting services to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or Agronomy • Previous experience in the role or in animal nutrition is a plus • Experience in cattle ranching and related fields • Experience negotiating directly with clients • Knowledge of formulation software is essential • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong analytical skills • Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills • Negotiation and persuasion skills
