📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, including diagnosis, planning, execution and monitoring • Conduct organizational diagnostics and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation • Work directly with clients to understand pain points, needs and strategic objectives • Map and redesign processes focused on efficiency, digitalization and value generation • Develop roadmaps and action plans for digital transformation initiatives • Ensure project delivery on time, within scope and meeting established quality standards • Identify business opportunities (upsell and cross-sell) during project execution • Support the commercial team with technical and consultative input for proposal development • Serve as a link between technical teams, business areas and client stakeholders • Support change management and adoption initiatives for implemented solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Computer, Software or related), Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields • Experience working in consulting or on digital transformation, innovation or process improvement projects • Participation in the implementation of technological solutions and/or organizational changes • Experience in project management using both traditional and agile approaches • Experience with process mapping and redesign • Frequent interaction with business and technology areas • Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and knowledge of project and portfolio management • Understanding of data analytics and performance indicators • Experience defining and tracking transformation KPIs • Postgraduate/MBA in Digital Transformation, Innovation or Project Management (differential) • Certifications in Agile (Scrum, SAFe), PMP, ITIL, Lean or Design Thinking (differential) • Experience in large-scale projects or across multiple clients (differential) • Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Strategic and systemic vision • Clear communication and stakeholder influence • Change management capability • Proactivity and a sense of ownership • Adaptability and continuous learning • Collaborative work style and leadership of multidisciplinary teams
