âą Participating in meetings with clients to discuss campaign strategies and goals, then developing a plan to achieve them âą Communicating with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their campaigns and evaluating progress with the client âą Reviewing analytics data (including but not limited to competitor tracking) to determine effectiveness of previous campaigns and planning future ones accordingly âą Developing and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction with services provided by the agency âą Preparing reports detailing the work performed on each campaign âą Pitching and newsjacking âą Media training âą Writing or revising content âą Helping identify leads, pitch services, and contribute to business development efforts âą Liaising with media, clients, and stakeholders âą Sometimes developing content for social media accounts and writing blog posts âą Creation of strategy and planning of things such as content, press releases, etc. âą Sometimes: Event support (when requested by the client), including finding videographers, photographers, etc.
âą A bachelors or equivalent in PR/Journalism/Communication âą Two years of experience in PR or a related field is mandatory âą Experience in sales âą Fluent in English âą No 9 to 5 mentality; we are a startup and some chaos is part of it! âą You are interested in language and able to think creatively with words, while maintaining a professional tone âą Are able to have a professional attitude with clients âą Can handle client confrontation âą Are articulate under pressure âą Attention to detail âą Are comfortable asking questions while proposing solutions âą Are ambitious, detail-oriented, positive, decisive, and proactive âą Experience in B2B, SaaS, Tech and startup industries is desirable.
