• New Sales Territory Development • Own a defined region (state or group of states) with a 90-day exclusive ramp period • Develop local presence through relationships with coaches, athletic staff, performance leaders, and clinic owners • Attend and leverage relevant events (optional; independent contractors cover their own expenses unless pre-approved) • Support renewal conversations for accounts you close and keep healthy relationships with assigned accounts • Use company-approved pricing, messaging, and materials—no unapproved discounts or promises • Track pipeline activity and outcomes in the tracking system provided • Participate in weekly virtual sales training/call review
• 2+ years B2B sales (SaaS preferred) • Proven quota attainment or measurable pipeline contribution • Experience selling to athletics, education, health/wellness, or performance markets a plus • Strong communication and follow-up discipline • Comfortable conducting demos and closing business via Zoom/phone and in-person • Ability to build relationships with athletic and health performance stakeholders • High integrity: uses approved pricing, avoids exaggerated claims, and represents the brand professionally • Willingness to attend weekly virtual sales training/call review (strongly encouraged) • Preferred Background: Strength & Conditioning Specialist / Strength Coach, Athletic Trainer (ATC), Dietitian / Sports Dietitian (RDN/CSSD), Coach (HS/club/college)
• Commission Only + bonuses • Training stipend (milestone-based) up to $1,000 total
