• Manage research and development of a product • Develop and test the product end to end • Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders and cross functional teams • Mentor and oversee talented engineers • Lead and motivate team members • Participate in Agile teams for project execution • Review work of reporting engineers • Communicate status to stakeholders • Take necessary corrective actions • Prioritize Product Backlog and streamline project priorities • Adaptability to learn and enhance skills in data security • Collaborate effectively with teams and individuals • Employ analytical and problem-solving skills • Good knowledge and experience in specified technology domains • Familiarity with source code management tools and modern SDLC practices • Well informed of latest trends in technology skill area

Requirements

• 12+ years post-bachelor’s degree experience in software development leading teams • Leadership and Team Management skills • Effective communication skills • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills • Good knowledge of specified technology domains • Preferred programming languages: Python, Java, C/C++ • Hands on knowledge in OpenSearch / Elastic Search or any other SIEM • Hands on experience in working with Linux & Windows OS • Familiarity with Cryptography and Security • Familiarity with DevOps and automation tools • Knowledge of data security requirements and standards like NIST, OWASP, PCI-DSS etc.
