📋 Description

• Do you want to help build a fairer, more supportive society? • PUCPR of the Marist Group is seeking a professional who wants their workday to be full of meaning and driven by the purpose of being part of a mission that positively impacts the lives of those who need it most through education and healthcare. • As a Senior Process Transformation Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements and mapping processes for academic units, as well as conducting critical analysis of requests in the context of system capabilities and impacted areas. • You will be responsible for describing requirements in technical language for development teams, considering and defining prioritization criteria, and serving as an interface between related areas. • You will also help develop other team members by monitoring activities, providing guidance, and sharing knowledge and experience.

🎯 Requirements

• What you need to have: • Degree (completed); • Strong analytical skills, able to translate needs into product requirements; • Ability to work collaboratively with academic units and the technology team; • Experience in process modeling; • Knowledge of the software development life cycle. • Nice to have: • Professional experience in the academic area; • Experience with Agile methodology and Design Thinking concepts; • Experience with software development; • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma; • Green Belt / Black Belt certification (or knowledge); • Experience with Bizagi Modeler; • Experience with process automation using Pipefy;
