📋 Description

• Ensure an outstanding customer experience and high customer satisfaction • Respond to incoming customer inquiries efficiently, courteously, and accurately via email and Customer Care Chat • Record and maintain customer inquiries in internal systems • Ensure smooth operations through close collaboration with team members

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program • Initial professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage • Strong communication skills, a pronounced customer focus, and empathy • Highly friendly and confident communication style • High level of resilience, flexibility, and teamwork skills • Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work • Fluent in German and English • Enrollment at a university or university of applied sciences is required
