• Unlocking the largest asset class in America - mortgage by standardizing inputs via software • Self-starting, self-motivated hustler with a high degree of efficiency • Confident, capable communicator with the ability to keep a pulse on each stage of the mortgage transaction • Unafraid to leverage talent + expertise to help build a highly scaleable product • Committed to a superior customer experience • Able to act as a Project Manager • Support new and existing Pylon enterprise customers • Communicate clearly and effectively with borrowers & Lending Partner • Responsible for the full lifecycle of each loan • Experience in full-time mortgage operations with an emphasis on Purchase business in a Processing role • Experience with various product types including Conforming, Jumbo, and Government loans • Experience and comfortably able to navigate complex loan and employment scenarios • Able to accurately and efficiently discuss loan conditions with our borrowers
Requirements
• Self-starting, self-motivated hustler with a high degree of efficiency in your daily work • Confident, capable communicator with the ability to keep a pulse on each stage of the mortgage transaction • Unafraid to leverage your talent + expertise to help build a highly scaleable product • Absolutely committed to a superior customer experience, both for our customers and by extension, their borrowers • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and remotely distributed work environment • Able to act as a Project Manager to all parties in our mortgage lending transactions • Currently or able to be registered in NMLS • Bonus points for existing licenses in CA, CO, FL, GA, OK, OH, OR, and TX • Minimum two years of experience in full-time mortgage operations, preferably with an emphasis on Purchase business in a Processing role • Experience with the full lifecycle of the mortgage transaction, preferably at an early stage startup or fintech • Experience with various product types, including Conforming, Jumbo, and Government loans • Experience and comfortably able to navigate complex loan and employment scenarios • Able to accurately and efficiently discuss loan conditions with our borrowers
