• Develop and implement HRIS strategy aligned with organizational goals • Lead HR system transfer project • Implement and integrate HRIS modules and updates • Ensure accuracy of HRIS data • Provide support for HRIS users • Streamline HR processes through technology • Develop reports for HR and leadership • Utilize data analytics for decision-making • Ensure HRIS compliance with data protection regulations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HRIS management • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices • Strong project management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in HRIS software and data analytics tools
