📋 Description

• Provide telephone and in-person support to our customers • Take responsibility for the smooth execution of all installation activities related to customer properties • Actively contribute to the development of our solution portfolio • Ensure customer satisfaction • Support customers throughout the entire process, from A to Z • Manage customer accounts nationwide

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or a comparable qualification • Experienced project managers are welcome • Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation • Structured approach and ability to work independently • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility • Open-minded and enthusiastic about familiarizing yourself with new subject areas • Career changers from other fields are welcome
