📋 Description

• Identify and manage opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and progressing leads through the CRM tool; • Prospect and contact leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and at events, trade shows and conferences, focusing on enterprise accounts and complex negotiations; • Conduct strategic solution presentations, both via videoconference and in person, with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels (analysts and decision-makers); • Lead the entire sales process from presales to closing, focusing on long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders and high-value deals; • Continuously analyze the market, customer behavior, trends and competitors’ activities, proposing improvements to processes and commercial approach; • Serve as a technical reference for the sales team, sharing best practices and supporting leadership in team development; • Collaborate with leadership to develop sales arguments, email cadences, outreach scripts and other materials that support the sales strategy; • Work closely with Marketing and Product to build strategies for lead generation and attraction of major opportunities; • Identify, develop and manage strategic sales partnerships to expand and increase the business’ reach; • Monitor and interpret sales-funnel metrics, proposing actions to improve and optimize commercial performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed); • Experience in complex B2B sales (involving multiple decision-makers); • Experience in the technology sector and/or corporate education; • Knowledge of sales methodologies: AIDA, SPIN and GPTC; • Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills; • Proficiency with CRM systems;
