Description

• Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with QuickNode's vision and market opportunities in the Web3 and blockchain landscape. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features, enhancements, and integrations based on customer feedback, market research, and industry trends. • Work closely with engineering, design, and business development teams to translate product requirements into detailed user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria. • Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring intuitive workflows, seamless interactions, and delightful user experiences across all QuickNode offerings. • Monitor competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic decision-making and product innovation. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure product performance, track progress against goals, and drive continuous improvement. • Communicate product vision, progress updates, and feature releases to internal stakeholders, external partners, and the broader community through various channels. • Engage with customers, gather feedback, and advocate for their needs and pain points, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention. • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and evangelist for QuickNode products, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups, and contributing thought leadership content.

Requirements

• Proven track record of 4+ years in product management roles, with a focus on DeFi, Web3, blockchain or related technologies. • Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, decentralized networks, smart contracts, and related protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Bitcoin, Polkadot). • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities, with proficiency in product analytics tools and methodologies. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and a passion for driving impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience with agile development methodologies, product management frameworks (e.g., Lean Startup, Design Thinking), and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana). • Prior experience in developer tools, infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), or platform-as-a-service (PaaS) businesses is a plus. • Bonus: Experience in Blockchain
