• We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to provide leadership to steer our subscription services for Azure, M365, and Security and Compliance, as well as provide leadership for Microsoft Product Support Services. This strategic role involves driving innovation, orchestrating top-of-funnel activities, and fostering strong relationships with internal teams to enhance our managed solutions and services. • Your mission is to bridge the gap between the Industry, Managed Services (MGS) product innovation team, Marketing and Sales teams, enabling us to deliver exceptional value to our customers. • Key Responsibilities 1. Engage with customers to better understand buying decisions and points of value as essential inputs to both solution positioning/messaging and solution roadmaps. 2. Monitor competitors’ offerings & messaging to ensure competitive differentiation. 3. Work closely with field sales teams to find out what customers want, making sure our products are attractive and valuable and discovering what other areas or features should be added based on this research. 4. Collaborate with the solution delivery team to harvest valuable feedback and incorporate it with competitive research to identify new offerings and Solutions. 5. Act as an enabler for our sales force by understanding customer needs, aligning products to those needs, and equipping sales teams with the knowledge and tools to position our products compellingly. 6. Craft compelling narratives around product value propositions and identifying customer-centric solutions; leverage those inputs to feed MGS’ innovation strategy and roadmap for Azure, M365 Security and Compliance. 7. Also, special focus on Flex Sustaining Services to identify and develop compelling service offerings in that space. 8. Partner with the marketing team to define target audience/ICP & key value propositions for solutions and provide input and assistance with impactful go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns that resonate, providing the sales team with a strong pipeline of leads to pursue as a foundation to engage potential clients. 9. Represent Quisitive as the company’s solution services champion to external points of contact for managed services products, offering strategic support to sales teams and facilitating knowledge sharing. 10. Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with technical delivery/engineering teams to align product development and prioritization. 11. Define service improvements and partner with Delivery and Engineering teams to roll identified changes into the service. • Additional Responsibilities 1. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. 2. Create TAM (total addressable market) analysis to define market opportunities and goals. 3. Define packaging & pricing strategies to ensure product market fit. 4. Collaborate with the managed services team on customer feedback and pair with industry research to influence and drive continuous product improvement to ensure alignment with market demand and customer expectations.

Requirements

• A history of successful product strategy development and execution, with a knack for translating complex technical details into sales strategies. • A customer-first mindset with a track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention. • Superior communication skills, adept at engaging with both technical and sales teams to foster a collaborative environment. • In-depth knowledge of Azure, M365, and Security and Compliance services, with a passion for customer satisfaction and innovation.
