Description

• Lead the creation and execution of the product development roadmap • Translate customer and industry insights into product offerings • Expand ImPACT's reach and help athletes and patients recover from brain injuries • Develop and communicate product vision and strategy • Conduct customer needs analysis, market research, and competitor analysis • Define product roadmap and prioritize features • Collect and document detailed product requirements • Manage entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success

Requirements

• 4+ years product management experience, with preferably 6+ years in tech startup or high-growth environment • Ability to formulate and articulate a clear product vision • Experience using tools to manage and visualize the product roadmap • Proficiency in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) • Skill in communicating the product vision and updates to stakeholders • Strong background in qualitative research methods • Skill in crafting and analyzing surveys • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
