Description

• Digital Security Coach role in the Cloud Solutions Customer Excellence team • Assist customers in developing, deploying, and supporting a security-focused continuous improvement process • Liaison between clients and the Quisitive team • Participate in new security implementations and planning • Conduct security advisement sessions • Manage client security issues and requests • Improve client understanding of security state • Monitor security tools and processes • Analyze trends and make recommendations for improving client security • Guide client conversations for security enhancement initiatives

Requirements

• Positive attitude and passion for the role • Customer service mentality • Excellent communication skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Client management experience • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft security products • General compliance awareness • Microsoft Entra ID Multi-Factor Authentication • Azure Sentinel • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent • Ability to travel up to 15-20% - Experience with Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) - Experience with Office 365 Security features - Mapping Compliance and Security requirements to technical controls - Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, GSEC, CISSP, CISM
