Description

• Architect and design systems using cloud native technologies • Partner with sales and customer success teams • Represent Rafay within a customer's environment and drive discussions with senior personnel • Interact and provide guidance to developers, architects, DevOps personnel, and SREs • Build trusted technical advisor relationship with prospects and customers • Educate, present, demonstrate, and proof-of-concept Rafay Kubernetes Manager and Environment Manager • Support sales and customer success teams • Help customers understand the value of Rafay's products • Design architectures and solutions using Rafay's products • Work hands-on with customer's developers, SREs, and DevOps personnel • Communicate customer technical requirements to Rafay's product and engineering teams • Be the technical point of contact for prospective customers • Advise and troubleshoot in complex technical environments • Represent Rafay at trade shows and events • Craft technical content for conferences, meetups, and local events

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role • Hands-on experience with Terraform and public clouds esp. AWS, Azure, and GCP • Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely on complex technical topics • Experience in software engineering and design architecture • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience in a hands-on role preferred • Working knowledge of software development practices and technologies • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and solutions • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional preferred • Hands-on experience and familiarity with Kubernetes distributions and the CNCF technology landscape • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) desirable
