⢠Lead the development of multi-channel media strategies that drive measurable business growth ⢠Oversee planning across channels including Linear TV, CTV, YouTube, Audio, Print, OOH, Social, and Search ⢠Plan and manage a mix of national and local campaigns focused on both brand and performance KPIs, with reach and frequency as core metrics. ⢠Guide media planning and execution across domestic and international markets ⢠Use proprietary and third-party data to target audiences effectively and shape strategic recommendations ⢠Analyze response data and attribution model outputs to inform ongoing optimizations and future planning ⢠Build strong client relationships by demonstrating curiosity, passion for their business, and a strategic perspective on budget allocation ⢠Present campaign results and actionable recommendations to client stakeholders ⢠Apply a full-funnel approach to campaign evaluation and storytelling ⢠Share insights and learnings across the Media Planning team ⢠Develop and pitch innovative media ideas that expand clients media footprints ⢠Communicate clearly and persuasively in written objectives, strategies, and points of view ⢠Support the development of junior team members ⢠Foster strong cross-department partnerships ⢠Prepare and deliver compelling media strategy pitches for new business ⢠Quickly ramp up on new business categories and competitive landscapes ⢠Leverage data-driven storytelling to communicate a clear and strategic narrative
⢠At least 10 years of experience in agency media planning ⢠Expertise in cross channel planning ⢠Experience planning domestically and internationally ⢠Familiarity with the accelerated growth goals of entrepreneurial clients ⢠Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong attention to detail ⢠Proficient in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel ⢠Experience with Nielsen/Comscore, R/F planning and reporting, Commspoint, iSpot, Competitive Tracking Tools, MRI (or similar tools) ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills ⢠Stays on top of current trends, and willing to take calculated risks ⢠Strong leader, coach, and mentor who invests in developing talent ⢠Experience and enthusiasm for contributing to new business pitches ⢠Values relationships at all levels, treats others with dignity and respect (team player)
