🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial insurance brokerage with experience calling and meeting with senior executives • Active commercial lines insurance license • Strong understanding of business operations and commercial insurance lines of business • Entrepreneurial nature with high personal goals • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task and communicate specific needs to account managers • Consultative, positive, and solution-based approach to dealing with prospect, clients, and associates • Excellent listening skills with strong customer focus
