📋 Description

• Support maintenance units in deploying Operational Excellence tools and methods (5S, TPM, visual management, AIC, VSM, etc.) • Lead and support performance improvement projects by identifying and implementing optimization initiatives • Train teams and develop their skills in the fundamentals of the Industrial Excellence System (SEI), while promoting a continuous improvement culture • Facilitate and evolve the SEI framework by updating standards, tools and training materials, and by capturing and sharing best practices • Coordinate the Operational Excellence network, acting as the primary point of contact for site leads and encouraging experience-sharing among maintenance units • Deploy the Industrial Excellence System across the Railway Rolling Stock Division (MRF) • Report to the Head of Operational Excellence for the MRF division

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering or another technical field, with 3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement in an industrial environment • Lean Management certification (Green Belt, Black Belt or equivalent) preferred • Experience leading transformation and continuous improvement projects • Knowledge of maintenance and production operations • Strong command of Operational Excellence principles and tools (SEI) • Ability to work independently, collaboratively and across a network • Analytical mindset, rigor, strong listening skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach • Frequent travel to workshops in the Île-de-France region, with occasional travel elsewhere in France • All our roles are open to candidates with disabilities, subject to fitness for the position • To initiate the hiring process, you will be required to provide a French criminal record certificate (B3)
