⢠Field sales â regular on-site visits and telephone support of the existing customer base ⢠Price calculations for demand and costing enquiries and preparation of quotations ⢠Clarification of availability for requested products ⢠Administrative processing of enquiries and projects ⢠Follow-up on demand enquiries / project tracking ⢠Verification of order confirmations with regard to agreed prices / price commitments ⢠Annual contract negotiations and administrative handling of contracts ⢠Acquisition of new customers and associated tasks ⢠Technical and commercial acquisition of construction projects ⢠Handling of complaints and claims ⢠Coordination of marketing measures for these customer groups (in cooperation with the Technical Area Manager) and the Marketing Department
⢠Technical degree and/or vocational training (particularly in civil engineering/construction) ⢠Several years of sales experience in a similar industry desirable ⢠Knowledge of the industry or related sectors: plastics, construction, insulation materials ⢠Good written and spoken English skills ⢠Willingness to travel; valid driving license (Class B or equivalent) required ⢠Good knowledge of MS Office applications ⢠Communicative, goal-oriented, independent, reliable, and quick to grasp new information
